On Sep 18, 2024, 07:30 PM UTC, for approximately 20 minutes, the ota-app was down and not accepting any requests. This occurred due to a regular deployment that did not become "ready" in its expected time, so the service was restarted (automatically). The service continued to exceed the threshold of time expected to be ready and so it continued to be automatically restarted. The team intervened and manually extended the threshold of time for the service to be operational. No other services were impacted, and any actions submitted before the outage were submitted successfully. Service was restored at 7:50 PM UTC and was operational.
